SUBLUXATION/SPINAL CORD TENSION

What is Spinal Cord Tension (Subluxation)?
Spinal Cord Tension (Subluxation) occurs when there is a stretching, elongation or twisting of the tissues anchoring the spinal cord to the top and bottom of the spine (meninges). This causes the body to lose control of the bones and muscles of the spine.

And what cause them:
When your Nerve system is unable to adapt to stress it may store the effects of that stress as Adverse Mechanical Cord Tension (Subluxation); a twisting and elongation of the spinal cord.

Mental/Emotional stress:
Work anxiety, Work pressure, Study pressure, Family Conflict, Grief, Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Old emotional hurts, Relationship stress, Unresolved Anger, Hostility, Inability to express oneself...

Chemical stress:
Alcohol, Tobacco, Medication, Drugs, Caffeine, Sugar, Artificial Sweeteners, Food Additives, Food Colourings, Dietary stress (high fat, protein, carbohydrate imbalances), Pesticides, Preservatives, Pollution...

Physical stress:
The birth process, Learning to walk, Accidents, Sports, Prolonged postures, Lifting, Repetitive or sudden movements, Bending, Twisting, Falling, An old injury, Favouring one side of the body or part of the body...
